Inside Out...

Recently a friend asked me how I was doing...the first words out of my mouth were...
Have you ever felt like you were turned inside out and rubbed raw?
Well, I think that pretty much describes the state of my family and myself at the moment. I realized that we are all going through different stages of this WONDERFUL transition period of our lives! Isn't God great to give us all different way of dealing with moving and re-locating and basically starting over? I am learning that even though we are all going through different things at different times, we will all end up together again.
My girlfriend told me that...Praise the Lord for her. She said that even though we are all struggling with this emotional rollercoaster, we will all be together again, and it will feel right.
For those of you who don't know me tooooo well...I really don't like roller coaster rides, and needless to say, I have realized that I don't like emotional roller coasters any more!
Please continue to pray for my family and for our ability to hear God through the crashing waves of change.

Month by Month...

When I first started this blog it was for the purposes of updating friends anf family and well, just being up on the newest kinda thing. As you can see, I am not very faithful in this area. I just now (10 months later) found the little post it note (those are my favorite little invention) with my blog info on it and have been able to access my account and write a brief note.
I am so very embarrassed to see that my last note was posted in June of 2008! WOW, that was a decade ago and it says that I started a Beth Moore Study called the Partiarchs! For those of you who have done Beth Moore studies, you know that it is time consumming and lengthy, but so well worth the time and effort! That study is done, and I am on my next one, called Daniel. This is just as good as the other! All that to say, I have finished one and started another, and never wrote to tell you all about it!
As you can see, this blog will be no better than all the pretty little diaries I have tried to keep over the past! I see them in the store and buy them with all the best intentions, but never quite get past day two or three! But I can say, if anything...my blog will inspire those of you out there to start one because it can't possibly be worse than mine!
I look forward to my next entry, although, you never know when that will appear, but I will try to be more faithful! We have alot coming up in our family and I am sure the roller coaster ride will be a blast! Fun, laughter, screaming, and crying! I am sure you will want to join us!

Just Chillin'

As the days go by, I am still amazed at how long it actually takes a person to relax. Although I have realized that the more you relax, the more you need to take a vacation. WOW.
This afternoon we ladies started our first bible study. We are doing the Beth Moore study on The Patriarchs. I am thrilled to be able to sit and drink in The Word of God! Praise the Lord for the chance that we have to go to Him whenever we want.
